Technical Advisor - Presales Role

Dayforce US, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Advisor - Presales to join our dynamic team and support our sales efforts by providing deep technical expertise in system integration, cloud technologies, security, and enterprise architecture.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a trusted advisor to clients, bridging the gap between technical requirements and business objectives. This role requires close collaboration with sales teams, customers, and technical specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to the client's needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to understand their business challenges and technical requirements.
  • Design and propose customized solutions using system integration, cloud technology, and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Develop and present technical architectures, frameworks, and implementation strategies that meet business and security goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support technical discussions during the sales cycle.
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof of concepts to illustrate the value of proposed solutions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise during RFP/RFI processes, helping craft responses that align with customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of technical experience in system integration, cloud architecture, security, and enterprise IT environments.
  • Proven experience in a presales or technical consulting role, preferably within a HCM or enterprise setting.
  • Deep expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and system integration tools (APIs, middleware, microservices).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and security concepts (firewalls, encryption, identity management).
  • Hands-on experience with data privacy and compliance standards (GDPR, SOC 2).
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
