Regulatory Technical Advisor

Bombardier Transportation GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Technical Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Completion Systems Integration team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our aircraft meet the highest technical and certification standards.
Key Responsibilities- Chair the Engineering Control Change Board (ECCB) for RFC/RFQ/P&OIAS and PCR technical approval
- Define technical requirements and lead supplier technical strategies for new systems
- Negotiate interfaces with other systems/structures and formalize the agreement on Interface Control Drawings (ICD)
- Lead technical meetings with suppliers and be responsible for the delivery of quality engineering documentation that meets Bombardier Standards
- Chair design reviews and master regulatory and industry requirements
- Ensure system components meet technical and certification requirements
- Act as a technical reference and transfer knowledge through coaching/mentoring within your larger team
- College or University mechanical or aerospace engineering degree or equivalent with more than Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience
- Detailed technical Challengers and Globals business aircraft interiors experience
- Solid experience working with Enovia/Catia and Teamcenter/NX (GSD, Assy, Part Body, Drafting, etc.)
- Expert in product structure and aircraft certification
- Well organized and project oriented
- Good communication skills including good English writing skills, and good English and French verbal skills
