About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Supervisor to join our team at PANJAAB TRANSPORT. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and supervise a team of 3-4 employees in duties and policies
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Coordinate and assign work tasks to team members
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure equipment is functioning properly
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with 30-35 hours of work per week. Public transportation is available, and the work environment is fast-paced with tight deadlines.

Language and Work Term

The primary language of work is English, and the work term is permanent.
