About the Role

Maya HTT, a world-leading supplier of software, services, and development for digital industries solutions, and a Platinum Siemens partner, is seeking an ambitious and experienced individual to join our PLM team as a Senior PLM Business Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively support PLM sales opportunities with new and existing customers from discovery to technical close, ensuring proposed solutions meet customer needs and add value.
  • Demonstrate how the proposed solution will meet customer needs and add value, creating a compelling business case.
  • Create, manage, and help deliver live demonstrations and workshops with the PLM team in support of the sales process, showcasing the value of our solutions.
  • Gather customer technical requirements, help build project proposals, and support customer evaluation benchmarks, ensuring a thorough understanding of customer needs.
  • Maintain broad and up-to-date knowledge of Teamcenter PLM solutions offered, staying ahead of industry trends and developments.
  • Meet pre-sales targets and provide necessary reporting to track progress, ensuring accurate and timely data.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, software, or electrical engineering, with a strong foundation in Product Lifecycle Management concepts.
  • Minimum of three years' experience working with Teamcenter or similar solution, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management concepts, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a business development context.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • English and French proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Occasional travel, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of CAD platforms such as NX, Catia, or Solidworks, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a business development context.
  • Previous Presales Experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Experience in developing customer requirements, deploying complex integrated digital solutions, and operational value realization, with a focus on driving business growth.
