Maya HTT is seeking a driven PLM Project Manager to join our growing team of software development and engineering experts.

As a key member of our organization, you will collaborate closely with technical and sales teams to deliver customized PLM solutions to our diverse clientele. Your responsibilities will encompass managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal resources, and meticulously controlling project budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with technical and sales teams to thoroughly understand project scope and objectives.
  • Successfully manage multiple projects concurrently, maintaining clear communication channels with both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Work hand-in-hand with client resources, solution architects, and PLM consultants to execute projects according to predefined requirements.
  • Exercise meticulous control over project budgets and resource allocation.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans based on the defined scope and resource needs.
  • Craft and manage detailed project plans utilizing Agile or waterfall methodologies.
  • Provide consistent and transparent project updates on strategy, adjustments, and progress to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Implement best practices methodology to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Continuously monitor progress, identify variances, and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate monthly invoicing of purchase orders.

Required Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT or PLM project management.
  • A Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, Mechanical/Software/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with Agile or waterfall methodologies; PMP certification is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with PLM, IT, CAD, CAM is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in engineering, manufacturing, or similar industries is a bonus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools.
