University Relations Manager

Main Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to engage with high school counselors, community organizations, and other stakeholders. Foster strong relationships to promote our university's brand and values. Analyze market trends, track recruitment activities, and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making. Collaborate with admissions to review applications, streamline procedures, and enhance the overall student experience. Plan and execute recruitment events, leveraging your creativity to innovate outreach programs. Develop and implement effective communication strategies to maintain open lines with stakeholders and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have a deep understanding of domestic student recruitment strategies, market trends, and best practices in higher education. A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required, with an MBA preferred. You should possess at least eight years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, enrollment management, or systems development. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, along with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Proficiency in strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and analytical reasoning is also required.
