HR Process Analyst

Halton Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled HR Associate to join our team. As an HR Associate, you will play a key role in analyzing and optimizing our HR processes to ensure efficiency and compliance across all HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct process mapping to identify and capture existing processes, while reviewing for areas of improvement within HR Operations.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and other stakeholders to gather requirements and document current processes.
- Develop detailed process maps and flowcharts using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Analyze data and trends to recommend process enhancements giving consideration to best practices, applicable employment legislation or collective agreements, and in preparation for moving to a new HRIS system.
- Create and maintain documentation for all HR processes, ensuring clarity and accessibility for applicable teams.
- Assist in implementing process improvements and monitoring their effectiveness, making recommendations for refinement, where necessary.
- Support other HR projects by providing data analysis, research and process mapping expertise.
- Minimum 3 years' progressive experience in HR analysis or similar role, with a focus on process mapping.
- Completed diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
- Completion of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge and experience with process mapping tools (i.e., Visio) and other data analysis software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and translate
- Knowledge and familiarity with standards and practices for provincial and federal employment legislation.
- Understanding of unionized environments (preferably healthcare) considered an asset.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to conduct research and condense complex information.
- Working knowledge of HRIS and other HR/Payroll-related applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
