Job Summary

We're seeking an HR Generalist (Contract) to join our Human Resources Shared Services Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for departmental administration functions related to employee life cycle events, including leaves of absence, benefits, and HRIS administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HRSS mailbox and other case-related queries, including follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for benefits administration and disability management.
  • Address employee and leader inquiries regarding general employment, benefits, leaves, recruitment, and employee onboarding/offboarding.
  • Administer employee life-cycle activities in our HRIS system and prepare associated documentation.
  • Support the HR COE with operational aspects of their programs and initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Management.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Excellent administration skills, with attention to detail and process-driven approach.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • HRIS experience, preferably with Workday.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated integrity and a customer service-oriented approach.
