Job Summary

We're searching for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a key stakeholder and team member, you'll play a critical role in delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to define current state and desired state of business processes and supporting technology.
  • Conduct gap analysis to develop overall business requirements.
  • Support the project team, ensure validation of technology solutions, and communicate changes by transferring knowledge using various methods of communication.
  • Lead a team of Analysts on a large project, providing feedback on deliverables, managing the team's work distribution, and ensuring the BA timelines are met.

Requirements

  • Relevant post-secondary education with 5 years of experience.
  • Collections, legal, or banking industry knowledge.
  • In-depth understanding and experience with agile software methodologies, such as Scrum.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working with Wireframe tools such as Axure.
