HR Associate

Halton Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled HR Associate to play a key role in analyzing and optimizing our HR processes during a period of transformation. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams across the Human Resources department to document, map, and improve workflows, ensuring efficiency and compliance across all HR functions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct process mapping to identify and capture existing processes, reviewing for areas of improvement within HR Operations.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and stakeholders to gather requirements and document current processes.
- Develop detailed process maps and flowcharts using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Analyze data and trends to recommend process enhancements, considering best practices, applicable employment legislation, and collective agreements.
- Create and maintain documentation for all HR processes, ensuring clarity and accessibility for applicable teams.
- Assist in implementing process improvements and monitoring their effectiveness, making recommendations for refinement as needed.
- Support other HR projects by providing data analysis, research, and process mapping expertise.
- Minimum 3 years' progressive experience in HR analysis or a similar role, with a focus on process mapping.
- Completed diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge and experience with process mapping tools and data analysis software.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Knowledge and familiarity with standards and practices for provincial and federal employment legislation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm, with the ability to flex schedule as required for operational needs.
Salary: $31.75 - $39.73 per hour, depending on experience.
