Financial Services Payroll Expert

beBee Professionals is seeking a skilled Payroll Analyst for Financial Services to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll regulations, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a working knowledge of payroll software. The candidate should also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll for all employees
Ensure compliance with payroll regulations
Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare reports
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll
Maintain payroll records
Assist with the preparation of year-end tax forms
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in payroll processing
Strong understanding of payroll regulations
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Working knowledge of payroll software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
