Payroll Services Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Analyst to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for providing functional payroll support throughout the payroll processing cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide payroll support and troubleshoot discrepancies in payroll transactions.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve problems within Oracle payroll.
- Support the development and maintenance of system functional specifications.
- Communicate system changes and upgrades to end users.
- Contribute to the development of statistical and operational reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in payroll processing and/or providing support for payroll systems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, with a major in Accounting or relevant field.
- Previous experience using Oracle payroll.
- Familiarity with Kronos (considered an asset).
- Knowledge of General Ledger and Payroll Accounting.
- Payroll Compliance Practitioner certification (considered an asset).
