Financial Assistant

FEROZA FINANCIAL INCORPORATED is seeking a skilled Financial Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for preparing general ledgers, journal entries, and managing accounts receivable and payable. You will also be responsible for preparing trial balances, opening and closing books for auditors, and preparing payroll. Additionally, you will be responsible for invoicing clients and preparing income tax returns. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, and for performing various clerical duties such as maintaining filing and record systems. You will also be responsible for preparing financial statements and reports. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for managing your time effectively, and for prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. You will also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
