About the Role
Arrow Transportation Systems Inc is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Accounts Payable and Payroll functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and payroll transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax and labor laws.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
