Job Summary

Chicken Delight is seeking a skilled Restaurant Cashier to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Point of Sale Systems: Accurately process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage Cash Handling: Count and reconcile cash, process credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Stock and Maintain the Dining Area: Restock supplies, clean the dining area, and ensure a clean and safe environment for customers.
  • Participate in Promotional Activities: Assist with promotional events, sales, and marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 32-40 hours per week.
