Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Cashier to join our team at Chicken Delight. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating our point-of-sale system, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Operate our point-of-sale system to process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and manage customer loyalty programs.
  • Inventory Management: Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure that all necessary supplies are available.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our kitchen staff, management, and other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances, such as peak hours or unexpected situations.
Requirements
  • Availability: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment is an asset.
