About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Restaurant Cashier to join our team at Regent 200 Enterprises. As a Restaurant Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Process Payments: Handle money, cheques, and credit/debit card payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Greet Customers: Welcome and acknowledge customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Accept Reservations and Take-Out Orders: Manage reservations and take-out orders in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints, resolve issues, and provide a positive experience for our guests.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
Work Environment

As a Restaurant Cashier at Regent 200 Enterprises, you will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, interacting with customers, colleagues, and management. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
