Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff, assign duties, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Marketing and Sales: Study market research and trends, determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement marketing strategies.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or wholesale environment.
  • 3-4 people supervision experience.
  • Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Adaptability, analytical, collaborative, efficiency, goal-oriented, hardworking, integrity, positive attitude, time management, and team player skills.
Work Environment:
  • Permanent position.
  • 35 hours per week.
  • English language.
