Assistant Manager

The Merci Clothing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Assist the Manager in supervising and motivating staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand and trends, and provide recommendations to the Manager on product offerings and pricing.
- Merchandise and Services: Assist in determining the merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Assist in planning budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses.
- Recruitment and Training: Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training staff, and conduct performance reviews.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Fast-paced environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail: Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Physical capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
