Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Supplement King. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Assist the Store Manager in supervising and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Merchandise Management: Assist in the selection, procurement, and display of merchandise to ensure that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Marketing and Sales: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Assist in the management of store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring sales and expenses.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in point of sale systems and electronic mail.
Our store is located in an urban area, and we are willing to relocate the successful candidate. Relocation costs will be covered by the employer.
