Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Meena Bazaar Clothing Ltd. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement, including social media marketing and in-store promotions.
- Financial Management: Manage the store's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
