Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Supplement King. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Assist the Store Manager in managing staff, including recruiting, hiring, and supervising employees.
- Merchandise Management: Assist in locating, selecting, and procuring merchandise for resale, ensuring that products meet quality and inventory standards.
- Marketing Strategies: Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Assist in planning budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure the store's financial health.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and responding to customer requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or management role.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in point of sale systems and electronic mail.
- Transportation and Travel: Willing to travel and relocate, with relocation costs covered by the employer.
The Assistant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will be energetic, positive, and possess excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
