Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and trends to inform merchandising decisions, ensuring the store is stocked with popular and profitable products.
  • Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and loss prevention.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or liquor store environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
