Job Title: Construction Project Manager - High Rise Development

Estimated Salary:$150,000 - $180,000 per annum
About the Role:
We seek an accomplished Project Manager to lead high-rise development projects. You will create project plans, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Develop and maintain construction schedules in collaboration with project teams
- Ensure compliance with Ledcor's HS&E standards, OH&S acts, regulations, and codes
- Facilitate the Project Quality Program to guarantee project materials and work quality
- Manage procurement processes, including subcontractor/trade/supplier negotiations and awards
- Lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and manage opportunities and risks to achieve schedule and financial targets
- Track and report all financial aspects of projects, including forecasts and billings
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 8-10+ years of experience as a Project Manager on residential, commercial, industrial construction projects
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications, costs, budgets, and current construction practices and methodology
- Able to determine problem root causes, identify short and long-term solutions, anticipate patterns, and look beyond immediate problems
- Capable of anticipating constructability issues in moderate to complex situations and creating new solutions
- A track record of building successful teams and promoting teamwork through motivating and coaching
- A valid driver's license
