Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Fortune Recruits. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including meeting minutes, agendas, and action items.
  • Office Procedures: Develop and implement office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operation.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings, and confirm with attendees.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Office, Electronic mail.
Work Environment:
