Job Title: Head of Research

At Leger, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Research to join our team. As a key member of our research department, you will be responsible for leading research projects, developing and validating measurement tools, and providing expert advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead research projects and develop strategic recommendations for clients
  • Develop and validate measurement tools to meet client needs
  • Provide expert advice to clients on market research and strategic consulting
  • Collaborate with the VP to identify business opportunities and develop service proposals
  • Maintain and expand client mandates by identifying business opportunities and capitalizing on them
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and share new insights with clients
Requirements:
  • University degree (Master's level preferred)
  • At least seven (7) years of experience in market research or strategic consulting
  • Proven expertise in project management and working with demanding clients
  • Experience in the Financial Services or Telecommunications sector is an asset
  • Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to summarize complex information
  • Proficient in computer tools such as MS Office and SPSS/Stat XP
