Division Head, Neonatology Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to head our Neonatology Division, driving excellence in clinical care, education, and research. As a key steward and mentor, you will champion our faculty and trainees, collaborating with allied health and nursing partners to advance the disciplines of neonatology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Neonatology Division, ensuring alignment with the Temerty Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for clinical services, education, and research
  • Mentor and support faculty and trainees in their academic and research pursuits
  • Collaborate with researchers in our world-class Research Institute to advance neonatal care and health outcomes
  • Advise on philanthropic funds to influence the strategic vision for the division

Requirements:

  • Leadership and mentoring experience in neonatology
  • Academic and research excellence in the field of neonatology
  • Ability to function proficiently in English
  • MD, MBBS, or equivalent degree
  • Certification by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or comparable qualifications
  • Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
