About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sales Development Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Proactive communication with potential customers via email, LinkedIn, and telephone to arrange on-site appointments or video calls for our management and other employees.
  • Regular work in CRM to optimize data quality, question existing processes, and create new ones.
  • Events: running telephone campaigns in parallel with the invitation process to maximize the number of participants, research and sourcing of speakers and participants, and participation in selected B2B events.
  • Research on various topics, such as companies, people, market developments, and trends.

About the Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B business development/sales position, preferably in IT consulting or providing services to the financial sector.
  • Native English. French welcome.
  • A Bachelor's degree and an affinity for insurance topics.
  • To be open to occasional travel.
  • Strong communication skills, motivation, and a talent for sales.
