About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive communication with potential clients to identify new business opportunities
- Regular work in CRM to optimize data quality and create new processes
- Events: running telephone campaigns and participating in B2B events
- Research on various topics, including companies, people, market developments, and trends
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B business development or sales
- Native English (French welcome)
- Bachelor's degree and affinity for insurance topics
- Open to occasional travel
- Strong communication skills, motivation, and talent for sales
