Senior Training Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Training Development Specialist to join our team at Waste Management.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to develop and deliver high-quality training programs that support the growth and success of our employees. As a Senior Training Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training content that is engaging, interactive, and relevant to our business needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult education and training development, with experience in creating training programs that drive behavior change and improve performance. You will work closely with subject matter experts to identify learning gaps and develop targeted training solutions that meet our business objectives.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement.
We offer a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $103,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop training programs that meet business objectives
- Work with subject matter experts to identify learning gaps and develop targeted training solutions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to develop and deliver training content
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in adult education and training development
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training Development, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training development and delivery
- Strong background in adult education and training development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems
