About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team at Kontour Dental Care. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Procedure Preparation
    • Prepare patients for dental examinations by explaining procedures, taking medical histories, and obtaining vital signs.
    • Assist dentists and hygienists with procedures, such as taking X-rays and preparing instruments.
  • Supply Management
    • Order and maintain dental and office supplies, ensuring that our practice is well-stocked and efficient.
  • Instrument Maintenance
    • Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
  • Administrative Support
    • Perform reception and clerical duties, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with patients, dentists, and other team members to ensure seamless care and coordination.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Will train.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands
    • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
