About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Process Control Operator to join our team at Favorite Foods Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food processing plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain Equipment: Operate machinery to process and bag, box, or otherwise package food products, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor and Adjust: Perform corrective machine adjustments to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
  • Record and Analyze Data: Record production information and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Verify Processing Conditions: Observe gauges, computer printouts, and video monitors to verify specified processing conditions.
  • Maintain Shift Log: Maintain a shift log of production and other data, providing valuable insights for process improvements.
Work Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced food processing plant environment, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. As a Process Control Operator, you will be an integral part of our production team, working closely with colleagues to achieve our goals.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
