About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Process Control Operator to join our team at Favorite Foods Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food processing plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain Equipment: Operate machinery to process and bag, box, or otherwise package food products, ensuring optimal quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor and Adjust: Perform corrective machine adjustments to maintain production standards and minimize downtime.
  • Record and Analyze Data: Record production information and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Verify Processing Conditions: Observe gauges, computer printouts, and video monitors to verify specified processing conditions.
  • Maintain Shift Log: Maintain a shift log of production and other data to ensure accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
