Job Summary
Roma Fence is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling residential, commercial, and institutional fence solutions to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales of fence solutions to residential, commercial, and institutional clients
- Expand customer base through cold calling and lead generation
- Return calls for leads within 24-48 hours
- Follow up on quotations and tender documents
- Prospect for new projects through research, consultation, and networking
- Create take-offs and submit tender documents
- Maintain high-level communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Work with installation team to assess and address change orders
- Promote fence product lines
- Turn in contracts with necessary documents
- Perform other sales-related duties
Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fencing or construction industry
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Track record of sales success and demonstrated customer service excellence
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and face-to-face service
- Flexible to work some evenings and weekends as needed
- Motivated, collaborative, results-oriented, competitive, and customer-focused
- Team-focused and able to work closely with managers and internal departments
- Valid G Ontario Driver's License and own transportation
