Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Freightcom Inc. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and improve performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a technical or business-to-business environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM software a plus
