Job Title: Manufacturing Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technologist to join our team at Philcan Group Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing production processes, ensuring quality assurance, and optimizing manufacturing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and conduct production, inventory, and quality assurance programs to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
  • Design and implement plant layouts and production facilities to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
  • Conduct work measurement and other studies to identify areas for improvement and optimize production workflows.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform production decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing and processing procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports to support production planning and decision-making.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate production planning and execution.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, project management software, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
