Job Title: Manufacturing Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technologist to join our team at Philcan Group Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing production processes, ensuring quality assurance, and managing production planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and conduct production, inventory, and quality assurance programs to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Design and implement plant layouts and production facilities to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct work measurement and other studies to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform production decisions and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing and processing procedures to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, and reports to support business operations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and project management tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
