Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement market-specific strategies for the design, development, sales, licensing/distribution, and support of user-facing products, services, and platforms within CSA Group.
  • Lead the development of business cases for investment in new products, services, and platforms.
  • Oversee the global distribution of CSA Group products and the distribution of third-party products within Canada.
  • Safeguard CSA Group intellectual property through effective copyright licensing.
  • Engage with top internal and external stakeholders to ensure team builds strategic relationships and showcases capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate University degree in Business or related field.
  • MBA or Master's Degree an asset.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Product Development or Business Development.
  • Minimum of 7 years of people management experience.
