We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at TANDOORI TIME INC.
Job Summary:The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Hire food service staff
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
