About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TAGPUAN RESTAURANT. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Staff Management
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
    • Supervise and check assembly of trays
    • Establish work schedules
  • Inventory Management
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Safe Food Handling certificate
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months
  • Language
    • English
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and walk frequently. You must have a strong attention to detail and be able to work well in a team.
