About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at TRUE WAY INSTALLATIONS INC. as a User Support Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
  • Web-Server Management: Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise other technical support workers in this group.
Work Environment
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and repetitive tasks.
  • Physical Capabilities: Accurate, client-focused, and able to work in a team environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
