About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Tecqify Solutions Inc. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients, ensuring their computer systems and software are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Research and implement solutions to complex technical problems, utilizing technical manuals, user guides, and other resources.
  • Log Maintenance: Collect, organize, and maintain a comprehensive problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • System Support: Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
