  • Sell postal products and services to businesses and individuals
  • Sort, distribute, and process mail and parcels
  • Provide customers with information and forms
  • Address delivery and service issues to resolve problems quickly and efficiently

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in business administration
  • Training and/or experience interacting with the public in a retail and/or service environment
  • Understanding of general or post office accounting systems
  • Physical ability to lift mail containers up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work temporary, on-call shifts

Working Conditions:

This is a safety-sensitive position, and candidates must undergo a security screening process. The ideal candidate should reside in the community or within a 50 km radius of the post office.
