_Customer Service Representative_

We are seeking a **Customer Service Representative** to join our team at Cendrex. Reporting to the Customer service Manager, this person will assist our customers with any inquiries or issues regarding our products.

**Your role within our team**:

- Enter required information into Cendrex's ERP system (Business Central).
- Prepare quotations for customers' special requests, following established work procedures.
- Enter customer orders into Cendrex's ERP system (Business Central).
- Receive and sort customer requests from the Zoho Desk ticket management system.
- Follow up rigorously on quotations and orders to ensure customer needs are met.
- Track deliveries, process returns, and respond to customer complaints promptly.
- Provide support to customers regarding products and services.
- Occasionally take over the "order entry clerk" position.

**Your DNA to be successful in the role**:

- High school diploma;
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience;
- Experience in the construction industry (an asset);
- Proficiency in both official languages, orally and in writing (English is the primary language used);
- Good command of Microsoft Office suite;
- Knowledge of an ERP system (an asset).
