Forno Appliances is looking for a Full Time Customer Service Representative:

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct diagnosis evaluate customer requests
- Monitor our Support and Parts channel to provide knowledgeable, personable and timely responses to customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure Part shipments, replacement orders and service calls are being followed through
- Evaluate customer warranties
- Dispatch service calls
- Accurate data entry for reporting on day-to-day customer solutions/parts shipped/dispatch service calls booked
- Providing outstanding customer service

Qualifications:

- Experience in appliance repairs / installs / maintenance preferred
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
- Follow-up on pending tasks
- Excelled verbal, written and interpersonal skills (English a must)
- Basic Excel knowledge an asset
- We provide full training, but prior experience in customer service is preferred

Responsabilités:

- Effectuer des diagnostics et évaluer les demandes des clients
- Surveiller notre canal d'assistance et de pièces détachées afin de fournir des réponses compétentes, personnalisées et opportunes aux clients.
- Coordonner avec les équipes internes pour s'assurer que les envois de pièces, les commandes de remplacement et les appels de service sont suivis.
- Évaluer les garanties des clients
- Répartir les appels de service
- Saisie de données précise pour le reporting sur les solutions client quotidiennes/pièces expédiées/appels de service d'expédition réservés
- Fournir un service client exceptionnel

Qualifications:

- Expérience en réparation/installation/entretien d'appareils électroménagers préférée
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois, à organiser et à prioriser le travail
- Suivi des tâches en attente
- Excellentes compétences verbales, écrites et interpersonnelles (anglais indispensable)
- Connaissance de base d'Excel, un atout

Nous proposons une formation complète, mais une expérience préalable en service client est préférable.
