Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Canada Inc o/a Hillary Dry Cleaners. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including managing promotions, inventory, and visual merchandising.
- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, staff supervision, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5 years or more in retail management, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
