About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Operations Manager to lead our retail store team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily retail store operations to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and organize daily store activities, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Manage a team of 3-4 retail sales staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure they meet their job expectations.
  • Determine the best products and services to sell based on market trends and customer demand.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new retail sales staff, or arrange for their training.
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or operations management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and interact with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high levels of attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and MS Outlook.
  • Availability to work 30-40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
