Pancotto Enterprises Ltd o/a McDonalds Restaurants seeks a Food Service Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced restaurant environment.

Job Summary

This role involves supervising and coordinating activities of staff who prepare and portion food, while ensuring high-quality service standards are met. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and maintain accurate records of inventory and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff members in food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Maintain quality control standards by ensuring food and service meet set expectations.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, taking into account menu offerings and seasonal fluctuations.
  • Prepare and submit reports on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to support business decision-making.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations and meet customer demand.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field (Secondary education certificate acceptable with relevant experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include permanent employment status, English language support, and a variable work schedule of 35-44 hours per week.
