Facilities Operations Manager

At DOUGORD Limited, we are seeking an experienced Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that our premises are clean and safe for our employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Inspect facilities regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
- Co-ordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless facility operations.
- Recommend additional services required to maintain our facilities, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in budgeting.
- College/CEGEP education.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a permanent position with 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
