About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at GP Pacific Contracting. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our human resources policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding
  • Employee Experience and Engagement
    • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture
    • Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs
  • HR Operations and Administration
    • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting
    • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
  • Employee Relations and Support
    • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and benefits
    • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization
Requirements
  • Education
    • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience
    • 2 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related field
  • Skills
    • Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
